DeSales Awarded $40,000 Grant from Enterprise Community Foundation

DeSales Community Development was awarded $40,000 from the Enterprise Community Foundation, funded by the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD)’s Section 4 Capacity Building for Affordable Housing and Community Development program. The Section 4 program is designed to “develop the capacity and ability of Community Development Corporations (CDCs) and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) to carry out community development and affordable housing activities that benefit families with low-incomes.”

We are excited to use this funding to develop a strategic asset management plan for the organization’s financial and real estate assets. This plan will allow DeSales to ensure the sustainability of our services in Fox Park, Tower Grove East, and beyond, and ensure we continue serving the needs of our community far into the future.
